What Trump is really trying to say...?

"Yeah, I gave some secret information to my friends."

"But, if you are the President, you can 'de-classify' documents at any time. I 'de-classified' them before I gave them away. I had every right to do that."

"I did nothing wrong. It was a normal business transaction."

"It's a disgrace the way the FBI ransacked my home and treated my family."

"As President, I had every right to have possession of those documents. I could let whomever I wanted to see them."

2. Very typical comments from sociopath/criminals when they are caught.

They come up with benign expirations for their crimes, blame the police, blame anyone else they can think of.

They even get indigent about the police investigation. They claim victim status.

Claim they are innocent. They are being framed or hunted down wrongly.

Gee, Mr. Criminal, we have video of you robbing the bank. Fingerprints all over the stolen money.
And ten eye witness.

And you have no alibi, and the money was found in your apartment and you live alone.

Your brother and mother both flipped on you and said you were bragging about the robbery.

All the BS looks pathetic at that point.

It also pisses off the judges who like to see some sense of responsibility and remorse on the part of the guilty party.

I was the president so I get to do whatever I want for life and there could be others who would pay me bigly as well!! MBS and Putin are my friends and you share information with your friends, nothing unusual in that is there?
