2. Easy, they'll say it's fake dating.
They may even go so far as to say those sites are mentioned in the bible.

4. The Bible talks about the Canaanites who
lived in the Levant prior to the Jews. There were also the Philistines, which is where we get the name 'Palestine.' Evidence has been found in other places that people had settlements at that time. Don't know why there couldn't have been people living in Israel. People need to ignore a lot of what the Bible says about the beginning of civilization. It's not a history book.
