Sudden thoughts on a Sunday...

I am going to get right to the point. I believe there was a plot in the works to capture and kill the Democratic leadership and as many ancillary democratic personnel as possible, as well as at the very least kidnap the vice president and take him away somewhere just as in the movie Seven Days in May when the president’s envoy was placed in a room and held prisoner at the secret base.

If anyone thinks that murder is beyond the scope of these people, these people who allowed 1 million people to die unnecessarily from COVID-19 because they would not admit to the seriousness of the disease in a timely fashion all the while knowing full well that it was deadly in many cases, then you are mightily mistaken. There is no crime, no genocide, no nothing that is beneath these peoples’ abilities to conceive and to consider putting into action.

The deleted texts showed a far greater crime than the deletion of government records. If someone is a drunk driver and they strike and kill someone their best bet is to leave the scene of the accident, sober up, and then turn themselves in. Yes, they’re going to face severe sanctions for leaving the scene of the crime but nothing compared to what an intoxicated driver would receive in the same circumstances. These people know exactly what they’re doing and make no mistake, they have plans to do that and worse should they regain power which is a distinct possibility.

Roger Stone did such and such

In the past, Michael Cohen did payoffs.

Some were military and intelligence. Someone made the phone plan(s). And likely a lot knew of the plan.

Thst is, a great many people are holding some pretty powerful cards.

Somewhere those text messages exist. They are on a drive somewhere, server somewhere, or a disc somewhere. Somebody’s got them somewhere. They are a get out of jail free card for someone.

No disks, no phone company records.

Our phones can talk directly to one another using encrypted chat functions. The only communication that a centralized server might see are the connection identifiers - the ones that allow these devices to find one another.

All inter-device communications can be encrypted at some high level and immediately destroyed upon receipt or transmission.

Not sure if all of these traitors were using such a capability.

chain of custody are (or whatever the term is).

Would they all do some sort of super-wipe? Or would a mere “delete” mean there are “leftovers” somewhere?

Some people are really sneaky and conniving, but not everybody is. And some people are technological wizards, but not everybody is in that case either. I’d wonder where and who the weakest link is, and how to access it.

I've never thought that anyone working in the executive branch under the traitor-tot had enough intelligence to program a VCR.

I think they were put in place to be agents of a much more intelligent group. The more that is coming out about repuglicons in general, stone, trump, manafort, flynn; the more that it confirms that there were some strong links between them and the repug - possibly us-based libertarians (kochs, pauls) and other RW groups.

Perhaps there are traces of communications between Moscow and the wh that we haven't been told about.

Of course there are still many secrets from WW-II that remain under seal for NatSec reasons. And I'm sure secrets about assassinations and terrorist activities.

Who's on our side? Hard to tell.

The idiom “the truth will out” originates in Shakespeare’s play, The Merchant of Venice.

Shylock’s servant, the young Lancelot Gobbo – a bit of a rascal – has a visit from his father. Old Gobbo is blind and doesn’t recognise his son. Thinking he’s talking to a local stranger he asks for news of his son. Lancelot’s reply is:

“Nay, indeed, if you had your eyes, you might fail of the knowing me: it is a wise father that knows his own child. Well, old man, I will tell you news of your son: give me your blessing: truth will come to light; murder cannot be hid long; a man’s son may,.. but at the length truth will out.“

The Merchant of Venice, Act 2, Scene 2

However I believe Chump did it because he wanted an excuse to declare martial law. He wanted a reason to call in the National Guard, as soon as he saw someone shot or injured. It might have been Mike Pence, or Nancy Pelosi, but I don't think Chump cared very much who got injured. He was just looking for a reason to stop the proceedings at the Capitol because he finally realized that Pence wasn't going to stop it.

So no, it wasn't a plan to murder anyone. It was simply a plan to keep Chump in power by stopping the certification of Biden's election.

He failed - and we can be grateful for that. But he came very close to NOT failing, and that's the scary part.

When the terrorists attacked on January 6th: Vice President, Pence, Speaker of the House, Pelosi, and President of Senate, Grassley. I’m surprised the media has not paid more attention to this critical fact.
