every day I feel a little better about being old. I almost wish I was older.

I want to see how it all turns out! My mom is 94 and I'm 61, and we were talking a few weeks about how we were sad we wouldn't be around in 40-50 years to read the history books and see what they get right and what they get wrong.

2. Oh, I feel that way sometimes, too,

but I'm going to be 69 in ten days and I'm glad I didn't miss the 50s and 60s.

The 70s and 80s I could do without, though.
