How serious of a crime was the attack upon our Capitol and the attempted coup?

Is it a crime that should be prosecuted?

Is it worse than jay-walking but short of mass murder?

Where would we place the insurrection of January 6th on the crime scale?

Is it just a minor infraction and not worthy of an investigation?

Or does it depend on whether or not it is "too political" and "too divisive"?

Is that a silly question to ask?

Was it not even a crime? Was it legitimate public protest?

Should it be prosecuted or not?

it is a crime to be prosecuted. Name names. Get indictments and take the MFers to trial. I doubt they will be found guilty as there are magats everywhere in each state. It only takes one juror. But, these cons need to be taken to court and the truth revealed. The January 6 committee has done a great job of priming us for what has happened. Now the DOJ must do something.
