The only downside is I'll be bombarded with a mountain of emails now asking me for donations. Will be sending that address to my spam file as soon as the donation requests start rolling in.

He will say "my views on the subject have evolved" and that will be the end of it.

Accusing him of perjury, even though it's obviously true, will get us nowhere.

Better to expand the court.

Just tired of people getting away with this crap, with no consequences or accountability.

Consequences are for other people.

And put simply I'd love to see him dragged out of his chair for whatever reason we can name. I just have no faith that anything as trivial as perjury (a jailable offense to you and me) will have any impact on his tenure.

Hell, if rape was no barrier to his approval (even among such "principled" Republicans as Flake, Collins, Murkowski & Romney) then a little deliberate falsehood under oath won't even move the needle.

Seemed like you were angry with me. I think we are in violent agreement. He should be impeached and removed because of his violent assualts and lying about them. But, he won't be.

it still wouldn't make a difference. Thomas will go on happily polluting the nation and the world until he dies.

And it better happen soon. If Repugs take the Senate in November, then there's no way Biden will get any other nominees through.

But it certainly has the potential to embarrass him and piss him off. To me, that's better than nothing.

A lot of people will do their surfing and email-reading tomorrow or Monday. So it should hit a million with no problem.

I know these don’t mean much

Precisely the point. If you want to engage in the belief that the House and Senate will Impeach and remove Justice Thomas, write an actual letter to your elected officials in Your own words and explain why they should. That’ll have 100 times the impact of an online petition “signature”.
