As has been said so many times, the mid-terms will make or break democracy. Maintain a Dem majority in the House, gain an effective Dem majority in the Senate, forget compromise, then get mean and ugly with the f'n Republicans and take a cannon to the gunfight...

Protests, polls, opinions, empty threats, undoable promises, unworkable political strategies will not save the country from the radical right. Ditch the filibuster, add 4 liberals to SCOTUS, codify Roe, pass some fucking voting and election laws that keep the playing field level for everybody.

I don't really give two shits about politics...but what I expect from politicians is loyalty to the Constitution and majority rule.
