Are "abortion cruises" an option here in America - especially in states like Florida?
I just saw the Dutch doctor Rebecca Gomperts on TV, whose organization Women on Waves does just this exact thing in Europe.
According to Wiki "Services are provided on a commissioned ship that contains a specially constructed mobile clinic, the A-Portable. When WoW visits a country, women make appointments, and are taken on board the ship. The ship then sails out approximately 20 km (12 miles), to international waters, where Dutch laws are in effect on board ships registered in the Netherlands. Once in international waters, the ship's medical personnel provide a range of reproductive health services that includes medical abortion."

1. In Florida, they would probably be handcuffed and jailed the moment they left the ship.
No, I don't have a clue if my supposition would actually happen, but in THIS America, who knows?

2. International waters
I'm not a legal expert, but I don't think Florida would have legal jurisdiction over a ship with a foreign registration.

3. You are correct. Same as the gambling barges.
Just because it isn't legal doesn't mean then repugs wont try to arrest someone though.

4. I was thinking that same thing....
Years ago when gambling still illegal in Florida, they had gambling cruises that would open up their casinos on board as soon as they hit international waters, I'm pretty sure they all had foreign registrations too.
