Hey lovely DUers
The time has come when the photographers of DU ask you to once again consider the splendid photo's that have been submitted for the May competition and vote for your favourite. This poll will be open for three days.
The theme has been decided by the marvellous Grumpy Old Guy who won the April Contest.
And the theme for this competition was: "I pulled over for this shot."
Please do also pop along to the other two voting threads and cast your votes:
One: https://www.democraticunderground.com/100216694669
Two: https://www.democraticunderground.com/100216694673
Without further ado and posted in GD with permission and by convention please vote and comment on what you think of the so very obvious talent!

(7,371 posts)I love dilapidated old buildings especially picturesque ones. Double rainbows are rare and this one is quite awesome. The St Petersburg Bridge reminds me of the Columbia River Bridge in Astoria OR. The Adams County pic reminded me of driving Hwy 395 between Tri-Cities and Ritzville. Moving the flock reminds me of a Van Gogh painting. I agree that staying in the car with lions around is a very good idea!

(16,718 posts)many times on a motorcycle (Triumph Bonneville 1963). The metal grates on the top of the span always made my heart beat a bit faster or maybe it was looking down through they to the water at 55 mph.
