I just couldn't imagine the clueless cardboard droid standing up there trying to answer questions about normal concerns.

make sure to fill out a complaint with the city alleging sewer backup and request $$ or lawsuit.(I actually had a boss that did this and she collected $$) Contact insurance, make sure adjuster pads payout.
