Sandy an Ad Windfall (no pun intended) for Romney
The Romney demographic watches the Weather Channel (because Lawrence Welk reruns are too exciting) and TWC is always a big conservative candidate ad buy. (Along with the home repair network and Andy Griffith)
If the ads are pre-paid then Romney probably ended up getting an amazing deal, per viewer.
On balance, however, if one must assess the political effect of Sandy, it is net better for the President.
