I disagree. Use of any biological or chemical weapon is against humanity. It does not level the playing field. It would not make Ukraine whole.

We could shock Russia by throwing all in, sink all their ships in retaliation. They have already been warned against the use of chemical weapons. They know what they are doing is a crime. They don't care. We will have no further obligation regarding our self imposed rules against boots on the ground. But, we should never use any such agents.
