3. I'll go a step further

Putin has forfeited Russia's right to possess nuclear weapons in perpetuity.

4. Essential!

And all reparations must be paid in full, not only to Ukraine, but to ALL countries who supported Ukraine with food, humanitarian & defense aid. Every. Single. Penny!

5. And reparations might not be all that hard to get,

since Russia apparently has $600 billion in foreign reserves which have been frozen by their respective countries (AFAIK).

10. Not just money in foreign reserves.

Russia has an extraction economy. Not only oil and gas but they have enormous amount of only partially tapped mineral wealth - precious gems, nickel, etc. Those winning reparations could be given leases to extract some of this wealth.

8. When you use the threat of nuclear bombs

to invade a country and keep others from joining with that country in their defense, you have committed (let me coin a phrase here) Nuclear Threat Warfare.

7. I would add to that

Ukraine voluntarily joins Russia and Zelenskyy is elected President of Russia.

11. I think after this war the Ukrainians are likely to hate Russians and want nothing to do with them.

My dream would be for Putin and the top government and military officials administering this illegal war be arrested and sent to the Hague and tried for war crimes. Upon conviction, immediate execution, as was done for Hitlerís top staff.

Release Alexi Nalvalny from prison and send in election monitors to ensure fair elections for a new government.

Terms of ending the war require Russia to give up nuclear weapons. I doubt any of this will happen, but all of it would help new leaders govern Russia as a normal country instead of one constantly trying to force its will on its neighbors.

9. "...eternal pariah status." Yes.

What I hoped Biden and the rest of the planet would do to Russia: make them a pariah. (Love that word.)
