6. Republicans are hearing the dirge

They know they are probably going to lose the House, and have no chance to retake the Senate. Look at what they have running for President. If YOU were a Republican, wouldn't you do anything you possibly could to blame the Democratic-lead Senate for everything and conveniently forget that Republicans have threatened a filibuster on every piece of legislation that is relevant?

It's not like most of America that is paying attention is unaware that the GOP has blocked everything. No one has forgotten the debt-ceiling game of chicken.
