I went to vote this week

I live in small town Vermont... all the stories about voter's being purged and losing rights (throughout the U.S.) are tragic and I felt very fortunate that I was safe from that possiblity...

the day after I voted my daughter went in to vote and the town clerk told her I had been removed from the checklist

seems someone ?? challenged my residency (I have been traveling for the past #of years) and because I hadn't received the notice they took me off

I was livid... felt like I was quilty until proven innocent, but fortunately was able to make it right

I feel so very sorry for all those out there that can't make it right so easily

((and yes, another vote for Obama/Biden and Gov. Peter Shumlin and the rest of the awesome gang here in Vermont))

The teabaggers are spreading their dirty tricks at the town and city level. Speak out against them, and they will do shit like this.
