1. And we don't know how much we don't know

Or to quote Bob Seger, “wish I didn’t know now what I didn’t know then”

5. I'll bet there's a lot that I don't know that I don't know.

But tonight, my new hobby continues, reading books that have been banned. I am starting to read the Books of Enoch hoping I can find out how much I don't know I don't know. I read the prelude last night and this book is very interesting as Schultz would say.

14. He caught flak for that but it made sense

"There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know."

No defending a war criminal, but it's a pretty logical statement considering the administration it came from.

16. See, that's another one

it sounds bad but in the video he's smiling when he says it, like he's making a joke.
Again, not defending, but picking battles.

19. hell, dubya was smiling throughout his administration

and when it was over, he painted his toes .

most logical thing about his admin was a bumper sticker that said, "Somewhere in Texas a village is missing it's idiot"

13. I never said that,

of course there are many things that I don't know, that's one reason I read so much, but I can't read about the things that I don't know I don't know.

18. Exactly. But there are some who insist that not knowing something means they know something

And they are outraged by the knowledge they claim to have gained by not knowing something.
