(44,972 posts)I wish we had a separate forum for polls so those of us who don't want to see them didn't have to.

(35,015 posts)It's not very nice; especially when we're on the same team. Last night, for the first time, I posted poll results from my local TV station. It doesn't make a difference in the election, but who cares....it's fun.

(61,538 posts)Seriously, I'm not dissing any DUer. I'm dissing the polls.

(35,015 posts)I apologize for the snark and I'm right there with you in dissing the polls. Sorry about that!

(61,538 posts)I wonder if there is a thread about my OP in Forum & Group Hosts.
Really, this thread is not about DU. It's about the polls.

(2,424 posts)Anything goes and they set the precedent.
Hence, I don't put much faith in polls either.
I sincerely hope I don't eventually lose faith in DU.
I will vote and await the results. I will not be surprised if the Supreme Court decides the victor........again. It is much to easy to deceive the masses. The high standards of journalism has all but disappeared and we have no means of verfificatiion anymore.

On Edit: I would add though that I have followed the Gravis Marketing threads and applaud all the work being done to expose that fraud!

(39,909 posts)...but it WAS a DU poll which I repost on appropriate occasions.
That was a proud day for DU.
