Tonights, or rather last nights debate, reminded me of the way

Dr. Brady shouting out at the end of the play Inherit the Wind all the begats and begets what proved the world was only some 6000 years old and that the world must be dictated by everything that is in the bible because it is the book of god...

It's a dramatic moment and I am sorry I could not find the clip although you can watch the whole movie on You tube.

here is a link to the quote where he just stands up and names all the books of the Bible...

What's curious about this play (Movie) is that the two gentlemen who wrote the play, Jerome Lawrence & Robert E. Lee, also gave us Auntie Mame and The First Monday in October. They also wrote a Play called The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail about when the Walden Pond Hermit refused to pay taxes for the Mexican American War. They liked to write about individuals who dare to stand up to Dogma.

Romney just sitting there regurgitating facts that seemed to have him confused reminded me so much about the break down of Dr. Brady on the witness stand...

Art inspires and then becomes and then inspires again...
