(9,072 posts)This came up when the judge asked him about the inclusion of lesser charges during the jury instructions bit. He had to be of sound mind to give consent, and his attorney noted it.

(26,729 posts)Im pretty sure that he would have to be committed for it to endanger his ability to own a firearm due to ptsd.

I was only mentioning it because it's the only time I'm aware of that we heard about his PTSD directly from the source.

to hurt him all the time. Sometimes he is right, though those who lunged for him were just trying to stop Kyle Rittenhouse not hurt him grievously. Sometimes he is wrong. He should never have a gun. He should never have had one.
