3. That was pretty much my first reaction. If Rittenhouse had been a black guy he wouldn't have

gotten past the cops on the night of the incident alive. I'm not surprised in the least by this verdict, but I'm really fucking disappointed in this country. At what point did we go from grandpa's got a deer hunting rifle in the closet he takes out once a year to teenagers can cart around semi-automatic weapons and use them willynilly on anyone "just because." This gives a rubber stamp to all the crazies that it's open season on anyone not wearing a MAGA hat.
