Eliminating meat from our diet reduced our grocery bill more than 20%.

When we first talked about going "vegan," I winced thinking I would have to eat nothing but "rabbit food.". That was before I discovered how delicious black beans were as a meat substitute.

I'm eating vegetarian, not vegan though. I can't give up my addiction to cheese.
