Yasmin Vossoughian was speaking about the hard infrastructure bill with David Jolly and Donna Edwards. In the course of the conversation Edwards said emphatically she did not want to see an republicans with hard hats and shovels at any project groundbreaking.
David Jolly was seen laughing pretty broadly in agreement!
