I think it was a crowd surge to get into the venue, not during the show.

I was supposed to be at that concert but broke up with the racist asshole who invited me about five days earlier..after I learned he was a racist asshole. Might have saved my life.

...I was no where near it, but I am a super Who fan.
Devastating. As soon as I heard about this - that's exactly vwhat I thought of.

They had 2 banks of eight doors each and only opened two single doors.

The moment Andy tells Mr. Carlson starts at the 14:45 mark.

I remember it well and remember watching this show when it first aired.

Not as many injuries or fatalities, but the same GA stage crush. I was about 30 feet back and felt myself getting lifted off the ground a couple times. Completely unaware of what was happening at the front.

The Who concert 11 dead and they played the next night . I don’t know the circumstances it was a blurp about crowd crushing just surprised from my 2021 perspective that they played the next night
None of this have i fact checked it was in a article about Astroworld I’ll check your wiki post above
Edit to add
The wiki in the OP said they played that same night actually and were not made aware until after the concert ended and played another town the next night
