... work these sustainable luxury markets. But it seems to me that some of their wealthier clients will never truly understand or care.

Too many wealthy people see "sustainability" as a cool brand.

One of my brother's is a building contractor and I don't know how he deals like people like that. You don't build a "green" house by tearing down the old house, trucking it all off to the landfill, and putting solar panels on the roof of the new reinforced concrete 5,000 square foot home with his-and-hers Teslas occupying two bays of the five car garage.

Myself, I often get my thrills finding clothing that fits me in thrift stores.

Maybe it has to be that way. I've screwed up every opportunity I've ever had in life to make big money.
