This election is all about voting !!!!!!!!!! And for me and many others there is nothing that asskiss Mathews ,or any of those 1%ers can say that will change my vote Period and that is the Message we need to call a spade a spade the majority of Americans have a clear understanding about fixed news on both sides the right and the left ,its all about word of mouth at this point knocking on doors making phone calls ,using every social media outlet you can possibly use ,I personally have shared with 18 republicans who swore their vote was Rmoney ,who now are voting for Obama Baby ,these are friends of mine but the point is we as voters can only do what is in front of us They have their agenda (the 1%ers ) and we have ours !!!!!!!!!!!

I fully expect Romney to win the debates. He's been doing p90x with his running mate and now he can run a two hour marathon. He just did it yesterday. On the beach.

In fact, if Mitt Romney does not substantively beat President Obama tomorrow night, it is clear he has lost.

He says: "People tell me I need to calm down."

Then he bitches about how Obama is too calm.

Um, Chris. What part of "people tell me I need to calm down" are you ignoring?

and all Obama has to do is show them how scarey a "President Mittens" would be. That scariness is a reality so it should be doable.

It's the "3 am phone call" standard. Rmoney isn't nearly up to it, nor Ryan. Everybody knows that, they just need reminding of it in a memorable way.

As both Nate Silver and Sam Wang have pointed out, third debates rarely have an impact. Plus, this one is on foreign policy, which most average voters think is a snoozeworthy subject. (The fact is, as long as terraists aren't staging attacks in their home town, and neither candidate is threatening to start up the draft and force their sons to go off and die in a foreign war, they're generally willing to let whoever is president play with his tin soldiers all he wants.)

In my opinion, the only way this debate "tips the needle" is if one candidate or another makes a mega-gaffe of unbelievably massive proportions -- say, that Obama were to admit that he really was a Kenyan Muslim, or Romney to declare that he was the fulfillment of the White Horse Prophecy, destined to establish the U.S. as a Mormon theocracy. Anything smaller than that will be forgotten by Thursday at the latest.

and the media talked about substance instead of demeanor--twisting Romney's words to sound reasonable and ignoring his bullying and baffonary.

And, in the first debate, substance was not mentioned (because Obama did so much better).
