If the law says that people working on a movie set are entitled to know......
.....when a loaded gun is in the area, why are not we, the general public, entitled to know when we are in the presence of a concealed carry person? Open carry only would allow us to avoid the people who feel the need to be armed in public and put us at risk.

2. I don't think that it is a law.
It is probably it is an industry rule. It's a safety standard.
Similar safety standards exist for police officers and military. |

5. Because gun fetishists worship their "gun rights" uber alles
And they imagine that their fetish protects them from the gubmint or something.
