Someone please explain worst case scenario on Voter Suppression.

Should Manchin and Sinema not agree to a carve out on filibuster to give us federal voting rights, what do we realistically expect in 2022.
Which states will severely limit voter access? And by how much?
Has there been any statistical analysis done on what percentage of the vote will be suppressed?
Also, which states have put their electoral process stewardship in the hands of state legislatures and out of the previous control of their Secretary of State/Attorney General?

1. 9 states have passed laws that allow them to disregard the slate of electors

Selected by voters if they donít like who The people voted for.

4. No it's not

Not unless we just give up and let them win. I may be naive, but I wouldn't want to be the election official(s) or legislature(s) that outright overturns an election that everybody clearly knows was won by another person.

10. Exactly what they will do, this time. They learned their lesson not doing it the first time.

There is NO question that is what they will do, the only question is will they get away with it.

When Lindesy Graham and Kevin McCarthy and ALL of the GOP other than the two I mention often, when ALL of them support the big lie etc., and then when trump tells his idiots NOT to vote unless he is installed to the WH, we know what these cowards will do.

We know.

Maybe if some are put in jail first for planning Jan 6, maybe that will help. But is our side going to do that, will Garland?

7. Absolutely no reason the house and senate to be on recess right now

They just returned from 6 weeks off a month ago.

9. You also have to factor in demoralization.

If voting isn't fixed in ALL states, many people will question the usefulness of our party. What is more important than preserving voting rights?
