I honestly hope this is a joke. I find this hard to believe.

6. Same issue, as so many US telly, radio, & small newspapers are geoblocked here in the EU. But I have
a workaround (other than the obvious use of a VPN).

(WAVY) — On Saturday, Glenn Youngkin announced that his campaign was endorsed by the Hampton Roads Black Caucus. “I am incredibly humbled and honored to have the support of the Hampton Roads Black Caucus, and look forward to working closely with them and all Black Virginians to implement my Day One Game Plan to make Virginia the best place to live, work, and raise a family,” said Glenn Youngkin. “Terry McAuliffe has hurt Black Virginians by turning his back on our schools and children, making our communities less safe, and causing the cost of living to explode.” This is the first time the caucus has endorsed a Republican for governor since they were founded in 2012. I am so humbled and honored to receive the endorsement of the @HRBlackCaucus. Together, we are going to make Virginia the best place to live, work, and raise a family for all Virginians. Let’s get to work! — Glenn Youngkin (@GlennYoungkin) October 2, 2021 Previously, the caucus endorsed Terry McAuliffe for governor in 2013 and Ralph Northam for governor in 2017. |

3. Just checked the website of the HRBC (Hampton Roads Black Caucus)s
and no mention of any endorsement from them for Youngkin. Also Googled and found no corroboration except for referencing DU and something on Reddit that references the post on DU. I think this is more mind fuck crap from GOP hoping to demoralize the Black voters here in Hampton Roads.

7. I have a very bad feeling about VA governor's race
People keep saying VA is blue statewide. However, I’m not sure that there is the enthusiasm that we need. Usually there are people at our door. Even last time (with social distancing) they put the reminder stickers on our door to get out the vote. No one has been here. There are only Youngkin signs out. We no longer have Trump as the reason to go out and vote against. Biden’s numbers are dropping. I hope Virginians are not silly enough to stay home. And I hope McCauliffe is doing something to get the early vote out. I literally had no idea that I could vote now until someone posted in my FB group.
