But we'll have to get MF45 involved to miniaturize some people to go inside people's lungs to spray and wipe. If anyone can pull it off, it's MF45.

I know you were kidding, but...
The glycol ether in windex would be a good solvent for lipid layer protecting the viral protein. Exposes the protein to the high pH & oxygen!
Surfaces only of course.
Still better to use something with an active biocide, but Windex might actually help destroy some of the viruses!
