On the sly, of course, since to their base, it's still an abortion, even if it's via a pill taken within 5 days of unprotected sex. But I would not put it past many of them to find a way to profit from the new Texas ban on abortions after six weeks.

I bet banning Plan B is next on their agenda, but before they accomplish that, I hope Planned Parenthood is able to educate their patients about this method AND find a way to bring the cost down (google tells me it's about $40-50).

It basically gives you a period, unless a fertilized egg has been implanted.

As such, it stops ovulation as well.

As the definition of pregnancy is an *implanted* fertilized egg. Actually fertilized eggs fail to implant maybe half the time for natural reasons.
NO birth control method “causes abortions.”

6. Had an online argument today, I'm so angry I could scream

about all this. Asked this “pro-life” idiot why they’re opposed to contraception too. He (a man of course) had no answer, or couldn’t admit the real answer - a woman who is constantly pregnant and/or caring for young children has pretty much no choice but to be dependent on a man. Why can’t they just come out and say it.
