-Warren is now leading Brown with both women (55-40) and men (50-48). She also has the advantage with voters in every age group. She’s cut Brown’s lead with independents almost in half over the last two months, from 26 points in August to now just 15 points.

This has been a tough race. Brown has run a campaign mostly based on slander and lies, and Warren has really put up with a lot of "stuff". Especially the racist B.S.

As a lurker in NH, I see the ads on teevee and have worried about her being able to defend herself in a way that wouldn't turn people off. She has come back with some powerful advertising and has hung in there against the worst of the tea party-Koch brother-Karl Rove ads.

I am so proud of her!

Scott Brown's wife started doing commercials for her husband and I think it was a bad decision. She may be a wonderful person, but she doesn't come across as very convincing in a commercial. (She is explaining why her husband is good for women voters)

The man is a lying, say anything chameleon cut from the exact same cloth as Romney.

Warren is exactly who she says she is - a qualified, competent, brilliant and relentless advocate for those with less power in this country.

Up by 9 while losing to Independents by 15 points? Perhaps those "Independents" are actually R's who are just too embarrassed to admit it..??

Nonetheless, this is awesome news!! +9 baby!!!!!!

They are fiscal conservatives, that is why Brown attracted them. Martha Coakley ran a horrible campaign, it was downright incompetent. Warren is running a beautiful campaign, she is outflanking Brown at every turn. Al Sharpton picked up on the Brown supporting republicans in Massachusetts paying poor people and some homeless people to try to swing Obama supporting voters. The republican's efforts are telling because they say that Brown is having problems building a vote buffer in the wealthy and large and voter rich Middlesex County. Brown's antics may have turned off some potential supporters in Middlesex County, if that has indeed happened, Brown will be defeated.

I would so dearly love to see more women taking their places in our federal government. I trust them more to make good choices, they are more genuinely empathetic and I honestly believe they would be more thoughtful before thrusting this country into wars and conflicts we have no business being in.
Women, like men, are not perfect, but all things being equal I really believe they would do a better job running this country.

Who the fuck are the 9% who will vote for Obama and then vote for Scott Brown?

I know the math isn't an exact match but you get my point.

It drives me nuts.

I guess I know the type. I have an acquaintance who dove me nuts with his overzealous enthusiastic support of President Obama in the primary and general - cc'd me every time he sent money etc. then turns around and votes for Mark Kirk for Obama's Senate seat.

when he pulled that "I've heard some people say that
she's using actors in her ads.." bullshit.

He had to publicly apologize to her for being such a scumbag
and using such obviously desperate innuendo.

That apology pretty much seals his fate, in my estimations.
He is done! Finally!
