GOP city council member in Alabama says "do we have a house n****r in here?" to a Black woman on the council. This racist scum Tommy Bryant needs to resign and Veronica Freeman deserves an apology.

Always thought that way but realized it was inappropriate. With the coming of TFG people like him figured now they could say what they were really thinking. And the fact that he lost the election just makes it too hard for him to keep his mouth shut.

Just so calmly upfront about it, the way he said it. What is he like when he is with his closest friends?

...apparently, the Mayor used that term against the council woman as well. And yes, she happens to be a woman of color. So, he himself didn't call her that, but yes, I agree. I wish white people would stop acting like they have a right to say that word. We don't. And we shouldn't. In any context. Unless of course you are Louis CK. He seems to be able to get away with it. As for Tommy Bryant, I don't know him so I can't say if he's a racist or not, but I imagine racists probably think he is.
