Any woman out there that still wants to support Romney DESERVES to be a second class citizen.
For me and all progressive voters, I'm an equal and I vote Obama!

He talked about it like it had just been occurring as recently as a year ago.

pretty much worked in a male dominated field for most of my career - where one day, one of the males told me, that the best place for women was at the home, in the bedroom, because we were taking up jobs that males should be doing
I have had to listen to the sexist, locker room talk you can imagine..
but to be relegated to a binder? Hell, I don't even fuggin cook...
If a man wants dinner, he better stop by the grocery store along the way, and bring his own pots/pans...

(5,179 posts)Don't forget the flexibility! It's an important part of being in the binder.
Like most Republican presidential candidates, Romney has some problems with the English language. But the fact that he considers women a lower life form could not be clearer.

(11,816 posts)Just lost my dad, who I lived with and took care of, and am trying to get the estate tied up within 3 months (you get a discount on state inheritance tax up here if you do).
Also just finished a bunch of freelance work, with more coming in (and thanks to your inquiry, I just realized I scheduled a focus group for Tues, Nov 6, and remembered what day that is, and that I'm working the polls all day - just left DU to call my client to reschedule if possible - so thanks for that reminder!!!).
Starting next Monday, though, I'll be out pounding the pavements as usual. The race between Casey and Tea Party Tom Smith is tightening. We already have the former President of the Club for Growth as one Senator - we don't need two far-right assholes in there. Also will be supporting Alyson Schwartz, but I don't think she has to worry about her Tea Party opponent, who has zero name recognition, although with the way they gerrymandered her district, who knows.l
I'm trying to convince my SO to open our house to an Obama volunteer now that we have a spare room.
How about you?
