(17,473 posts)They will inevitably have informants there just based on who is going and the groups involved. If they have infiltrated groups, and the groups will have people there, they will get very good intel.
But I don't think they will be posing as waiters or gaffers or anything like that. And they certainly won't be using video surveilance without a warrant. Unless they have an active investigation of cpac, which is unlikely, they will just rely on informants to record events and take notes.
