Link to tweet Tweet text:
Andrew Solender @AndrewSolender Brooks deleted his initial tweet about being served and replaced it with one that crops more of his laptop, which appears to have his passwords taped to it (blocked out in green). |

21. Even the suggestion that Members have immunity is absolutely absurd.
Then to couple that to the First Amendment??? SMDH The 1st isn't a giant, bulletproof tarp you can roll out any time you want. Try threatening someone's life, then claim it's protected free speech. Now, see if the prosecutor even blinks.

22. the insurrectionist Congresspeople are just being absurd
their position is you're allowed to attempt to kill someone or actually kill someone and still have immunity
and not just kill some random person ---- kill your political opponent in order to overthrow the very body on which you are basing your immunity claim |

25. They will try anything and everything to deflect scrutiny and muddy all waters.
It's just SOP for them. And, whether it's a well thought-out scheme or just something they do, they get enough positive response to any old garbage they spew, and the results range from OK to total success. Only a fool would abandon a strategy that's working for them.
