Last month, President Joe Biden announced that he will attend a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva, Switzerland on June 16th.

I went into the idea of watching the video with skepticism because of all the click bait that is out there. He said, "If we stand firm, then I see it as something we can get something out of.... Saying it'd be a good thing for the President to be assassinated isn't illegal. If it were, a lot of people, maybe even some from here on DU, would be in hot water. It's horrible, but it's not illegal.

Threatening to kill the President, on the other hand, is illegal, but that's not what happened here. Gutfeld should lose his job and be persona non grata for his comments, but what he said is protected speech under the First Amendment.
