1. C'mon Lincoln Project...

This needs to be a ad on every tv station in the country 20 times a day for the next 6 months.

4. I've been saying this for a while now.

I had to have the smallpox vaccine, I think, to go to school in1950. Also everyone was terrified of polio and couldn't wait to get the Salk vaccine when it became available. This anti vax shit is insane. Those vaccines saved millions of people from horrible suffering.

7. Six Incredible Words, " THIS ANTI VAX SHIT IS INSANE".. VACCINES WORK!!!

My experience...........Someone at the day camp I went to got polio....................................
......I was terrified (and my family) of polio in 1955 or 6 , and couldn't wait to get the Salk vaccine....

I have been hooked up to a breathing tube, and don't want that experience again...If taking 2 shots will
prevent that (and yes, I have had both shots) then get both shots...Much easier than a breathing
tube for 4 or 5 days...........VACCINES WORK!!!

8. You got that right, my dear Stuart G!

The vaccines are also much better than DYING WITH THAT TUBE DOWN YOUR THROAT.

10. ...There was a time when the same stupidity existed on..."seat belts"...

People just refused...Why should I put it on? So, eventually word got around that "seat belts"
saved lives.
.......................

and not wearing them...KILLED PEOPLE...(and I knew someone was hurt bad without one)...

after a while...everyone will get the shots, just like the ...Polio Shot...

.....and ..NOW...Everyone puts the seatbelt on....word got around about people who didn't wear them.........
..........who were killed, or very badly hurt....Why not wear one?

Same with the shots....Why not 2 shots, they are there, and easy to get...and often..free
You want to be hooked up to a breathing tube..well don't get the shots...its up to you..getting the
shots is much easier than that tube down your throat for 5 days..just to stay alive..
.....................

Oh, as I said in post 7, I got both of my shots..no big deal..tell your friends who refuse vaccine my story...maybe they will get it then...

12. Alas, I still know some people who don't wear seatbelts.

Just recently, the Pioneer Woman's husband was in a car crash, not wearing a seat belt. Huh? I honestly thought the headlines on that accident needed to highlight the not wearing a seat belt. And she needs to be asked about this. The husband and nephew are incredibly lucky they survived. Will they change their seat belt habits now? I certainly hope so.

Honestly, if someone isn't wearing a seat belt and is in a car accident, I think the insurance company should be able to refuse to pay for treatment.

13. My state's newspaper report on traffic fatalities always

notes whether the individual was wearing a seatbelt. It astounds me that people donít.

14. While my local newspaper does not always note that, I do

pay attention to such things. I agree, it's astonishing that some people still don't wear them. What the fuck are they thinking?

16. Not sure, but I think the insurance company

might be able to refuse payment. About 12 years ago, I was broadsided by a pickup. I was driving an old compact car. The first thing the cops asked was whrther I was wearing my seat belt. (I was.) My insurance company asked me, too. The other driver's insurance company also asked me about it. He was at fault - ran a red light and was speeding. Fortunately, there was a small group of people at the corner who volunteered as witnesses.

My car was a MESS. If I had not been wearing my seatbelt, I'd have been badly injured, but only got a concussion that lasted for days.

I know why the cops were interested in whether I wore a seat belt, but there must have been a reason why both insurance companies wanted to know.

17. Well, the old vaccines, maybe.

It took them some time to figure out how to include autism in the newer ones, and no vaccine can cure or prevent a hoax. Autism or not.
