Sedition is illegal. Trump is openly talking the same talk.

Sedition is illegal.

Trump is openly talking the talk that brought Jan 06, 2021.
Why is he given a pass to openly broadcast funding needs, recruiting and lies to support the rebuilding of his seditious organization?

Why is his purported ability to shoot somebody on 5th Ave without recourse not taken as a warning?

Took me a while to recall back 15 years or so. He was the original TOON poster. Did it every day for years. Wrote a play about questioning authority as I recall for an off-off-Broadway show.

Beloved and one whose loss was felt by all. Probably a few other oldtimers who knew him would remember more.

However: why not use the 14th Amendment, Section 3?

Fourteenth Amendment
Section 3
No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
