Aside from the Fugs song, it's a real thing.

And while a Harvard Medical School tongue-in-cheek "study" showed that Classic Coke did the best job, it is not recommended by anyone even vaguely familiar with medical science.

That being said, you are correct that the pig in the picture is the real Coca Cola Douche. (Also nonworking and dangerous)
