Hawaii Covid requirements for travel to the state are great.
My maga ex’s husband had some friends that had a trip planned to the islands. Flew from Ohio to LAX then couldn’t get on the plane to Hawaii. Their “proof” of negative tests did not meet the state’s requirements. They were told they could quarantine for 10 days (not sure if in CA or HI) or get a test and bring the necessary paperwork with them back to the airport.
In short, they got to LAX and were fucked. Got a ticket and flew back to OH.
Found this out yesterday at my maga daughter’s Easter dinner. All magats there and the only one who’d been vaccinated was my ex’s husband. (My ex was hospitalized with Covid a couple months ago but survived).
All anti-vaxers except my ex’s husband. Go figure ‘cause I can’t.
