Intent is the key. Look, I cannot stand almost all of those GOP jerks, but if Gaetz showed them photos of females, and if it can be argued that it was impossible to have known they were minors, then they rightfully would be not guilty of committing a crime. You cannot be thrown in jail because somebody flashes a photo in front of you.

Now, if after looking at the photos, it was obvious that they were minors, that would be a different story, but in most cases, that would be almost impossible to prove.

My clumsy intention is to draw in the other demented GOP bastards and tie them directly to Gaetz’s conquest porn. Reportedly, Gaetz trusted a number of House colleagues to keep quiet. If the story is established as fact, their names should be shared and their inaction shamed.
