Not only does he encourage people to use a federal law mandating a private company to do something they don't want to do, he openly admits that the government is paying for it.
Not only that but ER costs are grossly inflated because the hospital knows they're going to have to jump through hoops to try to get that money, so not only is the govt paying but they are OVERPAYING 3x or more whatever the service truly costs because the hospital knows the govt will pay it.
