2. How many Republicans read bills?

Most are clueless about drafting them, but I suspect they employ Bill readers with the purpose of finding flaws that they can use for PR.

6. honestly, it might not have passed until tomorrow had he not pulled his stunt

but not only did he shorten the debate time on this issue but he also managed to cause the debate on Merrick Garland's nomination to also be ended prematurely. Simply astounding.
