Speed reader has been used in Congress before

How about a speed reader for the Senate?
It's been done before in Congress.
May 21, 2009, House Energy Commerce cmte
Waxman: "The clerk will read the bill."
Barton: "I want the speed reader to read the bill."
Waxman: "The speed reader clerk will read the bill."

1. Back then, even Barton knew it was a stunt. He let the guy entertain him for a couple of minutes

and stopped the charade. Johnson thinks this is what we need. Ted Cruz cost the US economy 34BB dollars shutting down the government to read "Green Eggs and Ham". Johnson is costing us American lives.
