8. Well he was a victim of a high tech lynching.

Just ask him, he'll tell you what a hero he was for having to endure that.

5. I mean, I could see the rare AA conservative thinking he's some kind of hero, but Civil Rights?

10. He was chair of the eeoc as well as assistant secretary of education for the office of civil rights

Of course, mostly he made sure corporations were safe from civil rights litigation; but hey, he has civil rights on his resume....

11. Yup, Thomas is definitely not deserving of the title "civil rights hero."

UVA law school has lost it's mind.

14. Justice Thomas has bad case of lower Sanpaku Eyes.

.

According to Chinese/Japanese medical face reading, when the white part of the eye, known as the sclera, is visible beneath the iris, it represents physical imbalance in the body and is claimed to be present in alcoholics, drug addicts and people who over-consume sugar or grain. Conversely, when the upper sclera is visible it is said to be an indication of mental imbalance in people such as psychotics, murderers, and anyone rageful. In either condition, it is believed that these people attract accidents and violence.
