After months of "Impeachment Hearings" based on that idea, we have a new example. Of course, Cruz
didn't think there would be any consequences for going to Cancun at this time. It was his, "Vacation" with his family, and the rest of the world didn't matter at all.
... And further, it never occurred to Senator Cruz that anyone would find out or disagree with his, "Vacation." If it had occurred to him, then he would not have gone to Cancun while much of Texas has no "electricity."
...But Teddy boy was sure it would not matter at all, and he never thought of the "CONSEQUENCES"
because there would be...."NO CONSEQUENCES AT ALL."
And that proves that Ted Cruz is not smart at all, IN FACT HE IS VERY "STUPID."

He's reported to now be leaving the beaches of Cancun to return to TX, a form of personal emergency that of course won't include a frozen home and water running down the walls.
As a U.S. senator Cruz can claim it's not his job, but his "narrowly vanquished opponent from 2018," Beto O'Rourke, who presumably "has less clout than Cruz," is out there doing what he can.
