So I guess the US attorney for DC will be charging trump for sedition.

According to his own legal team, Thatís what should happen.

1. There's no Goldilocks moment, apparently

The time when it's "just right" to charge a president for criminal activities. While he's in office, you can only impeach, and that's contingent on the Senate not being wholly co-opted and corrupted by the president. Once he's out of office, well, the American people have spoken and turned him out, so hasn't he suffered enough?

2. If 17 republicans don't vote to convict and their main argument is that impeachment is
