Discussion: Joe Biden is the most prepared individual to ever hold office of "President of U.S.A."

...Hard to know if anyone else had the experience in politics and government that Joe had before he
became President of the U.S.A. I think Joe has the best experience, is incredibly well prepared, and will be one of our greatest presidents ever. Your opinion?

... had she been inaugurated in 2017. At this point, however, Joe Biden even beats Hillary Clinton in the “most-prepared” category.

Especially considering who she ran against. It really boggles them mind how many voters would choose the orange anus over anyone, let alone an experienced politician.

And probably more qualified if one looks at entire resume.

Joe was, no doubt, also well-prepared, as well as well-connected and well-respected. I think he was somewhat uniquely qualified to become president at this moment in time in this particular race. He's essentially the anti-Trump. His connections and 40 years in the industry helped put together an excellent team in a short period of time.

But there have been presidents in the past who had a good skill set and a pretty strong resume also. LBJ comes to mind.

loves the United States, our government, and our people. Joe is a total .."class act"...Also, if Joe needs
some help, he has no qualms about asking past presidents (except the last one named Trump) for help
and advise...A fellow named Barack will be glad to help out Joe, and Joe will indeed ask him if he needs
to.

It kind of reminded me of accidents or disasters that have happened and the people that come in and take control of the situation to fix things.

Bush was a disaster and we were in a recession but even then it still felt like a true transition.

Trump's time in office feels like it was all an accident and disaster that wasn't supposed to have happened.

What a novel idea - why hadn't anybody else thought of that? ('Ya HEAR me, IQ45? )

So hard to grasp after the past 4 years.

And be sure to take THIS into consideration: He has been working to make it all happen WITHOUT the usual 2-months of transition planning and preparation that is usually afforded by 'normal' departing administrations. (Yeah, YOU again, BunkerBoy! )

He had been a prominent lawyer in Pennsylvania, and started out in politics as a representative in that state's legislature and later was elected to the U.S. House for PA. After 11 years in the House he served as the minister to Russia; then he was elected Senator from PA and spent 11 years in that position. In 1845 he was appointed Secretary of State, then minister to the United Kingdom, before he ran for president.

Buchanan had a rather spectacular CV, but he was a lousy president. In no way am I comparing him to Biden, just pointing out that experience isn't the only thing. Buchanan's pro-slavery political ideology that led up to his failure to prevent the Civil War overcame whatever wisdom he could have gained from his experience. As to Biden, however, it's already apparent that his long experience in the senate and as VP is likely to make him an excellent president.

Joe Biden was the ONLY ONE FOR THE JOB.

As VP he had experience NO OTHER candidate did.
He worked with the best ever President for 8 years to better this nation. He was groomed to take the helm and fate stepped in.

So very glad that he ran again. So glad!
