I don't believe the GOP is really backing donnie.

Okay, this is a weird idea, but, given what I'm seeing online, I think they're mostly backing the idea of someone LIKE HIM being in the WH. I would bet that if you gave some of these assholes a Hollywood movie "truth serum," they would admit he's been a useful idiot, think he's a moron, and are pissed he wasn't smart enough to not fuck up. But they want someone like him so they can keep doing what they've been doing all along.

I just have a problem believing these people really want to back a useless PoS like him. They want someone who will stay in power and cover for them.

Most of these GrOPer politicians are absolutely empty vessels composed entirely of ambition. They have no real values, standards, or principles other than getting elected/acquiring power. So they care, above all else, about the next election. Which is a Repuke primary (or in a few cases a jungle primary).

were good at painting a picture, counterpunching and reading a crowd. Other political but smarter dyslexics include Kennedy, Elianor Roosevelt, Teddy Roosevelt, Churchill and George Washington. You can be dyslexic and smart and think for yourself. Those are not the ones the GOP want.
