The 1776 Report AKA Hillsdale College Manifesto.
Curiously on Martin Luther King Junior day Trumps 1776 committee chose to release their report. This was a project manned by some of the greatest 17th century minds. A blatant attempt to counter the 1619 project which is in fact a more accurate assessment of Americas history.
The head architect of this screed was the President of Hillsdale College. No small college in America has a more lucrative scam going than Hillsdale does. They tell people no one is more important than the individual. They have used their libertarian stance to raise millions from wealthy institutions and individuals. They celebrate capitalism, war criminals, employ drunk dialing wives of degenerate Supreme Court Justices.
They corrupt local law enforcement and politics to serve their own ends. I have observed Hillsdale College since a boy delivering papers on the hill. I formed my opinion of their hypocrisy at around the age of eleven. Nothing I have ever seen since has indicated my first presumptions were wrong. I could cite many examples. From the George Roche scandals and even before that. Recent examples are many including getting the local airport to construct a parking ramp for Pat Sajaks' private jet at a cost of over 1 million dollars. He is a board member.
Recently they defied Governors orders regarding Coronavirus. There is no doubt they contributed to making our small rural county the worst in the state for Coronavirus by encouraging people on campus and off to defy restrictions on Coronavirus, Going so far as to furnish a lawyer for a restaurant that remained open to the point health department pulled their license mid December. To this day they are open and serving the maskless.
These are just a few ways Hillsdale College has helped make my county a conservative hell hole. I have many more examples. I am sure this will be another huge money maker for them. After all that is what is important. I remember well what two long time professors told me shortly after current college president was named. They said this guy scares me, George just wanted to be famous and raise money. The new guy is a real Nazi type.

Larry Arnn, then president of Hillsdale Colleg used the phrase "dark ones" to refer to his institution's minority enrollment.
“The state of Michigan sent a group of people down to my campus, with clipboards … to look at the colors of people’s faces and write down what they saw,” Arnn explained. “We don’t keep records of that information. What were they looking for besides dark ones?”
